Terms of Use · Beslig Rig

Effective September 30, 2026 · Publisher: Olivia Hayes

These terms are an agreement between you and Olivia Hayes, the publisher of Beslig Rig. They are written to be readable. Where a summary and the full text differ, the full text applies.

Exit 1 · Acceptance

Agreeing to these terms

By downloading, installing or using Beslig Rig ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Exit 2 · Licence

Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own RV maintenance planning, whether private or for a small fleet you manage. This licence is subject to these terms and the rules of the store you got the app from.

The app's name, design, code and content belong to the publisher and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law expressly allows it.

Exit 3 · Safety

Beslig Rig is a planner, not a mechanic

The app organizes the intervals, reminders, checklists and trip plans you enter. It doesn't inspect your vehicle and doesn't know your manufacturer's requirements. Its "Needs attention", "Next trip" and "Can wait" views are only as accurate as the data you give it.

ROAD SAFETY: Always follow your vehicle and component manufacturers' service schedules, local inspection laws and a qualified technician's advice, especially for brakes, tires, propane/LP systems, electrical and towing equipment. Never use the app while driving.

Items in "Do it myself when I can" are your own decisions. You are responsible for doing any work safely and competently. Cost and labor figures are your own estimates, not quotes.

Exit 4 · Your data

Your records belong to you

Everything you enter stays on your device and remains yours. We don't claim any rights to it. Because we don't host your data, you are responsible for keeping it safe, for example by using the "Export" screen or your device's backup features.

We aren't liable for data lost through device loss, damage, resets, uninstalling the app or operating-system problems.

Exit 5 · Fair use

Things you agree not to do

  • Use the app for anything unlawful, or to create false maintenance or service records meant to mislead a buyer, insurer, inspector or renter.
  • Tamper with, circumvent or disrupt the app or its security features.
  • Redistribute, sublicense or commercially repackage the app.

Exit 6 · Stores & updates

App stores, updates and availability

If you got the app from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and the publisher, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce these terms. Google Play's terms apply equally where relevant. Any purchases, refunds and billing are handled by the store under its own policies.

We may update, change or stop offering features, or the app itself, at any time. Some updates may be needed for the app to keep working.

Exit 7 · Liability

Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that reminders will always fire, or that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. That includes vehicle breakdowns, missed services, repair costs, trip delays, injury or lost data arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or US$10 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.

Exit 8 · Final stop

Ending use, governing law, changes and contact

Ending use. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. If you seriously breach these terms, your licence ends automatically.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the publisher's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your own country still apply.

Changes. We may revise these terms and will update the effective date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the revised terms.

Severability. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
